A content locker for links rather than a plain shortener: the visitor works through a wall of ad steps, or buys Linkvertise's own PREMIUM subscription to skip them, and only then does the file appear. It pays per action, into a pooled revenue share, on its own schedule.
What people use Linkvertise for
Gaming mods, scripts and templates, which is the first thing its own creator site names.
Artwork, comics, stories, beats and sound effects: the rest of the list Linkvertise gives.
Earning something from traffic to a link that would otherwise be free and unmeasured.
Linkvertise's published terms
How publishers are paid
Performance-based, per action, rather than a published fixed CPM.
Payout schedule
Twice a month, through Tipalti, with five to nine business days of processing.
Fees at payout
3% if the balance is withdrawn in a currency other than USD.
Minimum payout
The help centre refers to a minimum balance without quoting the figure in the article text; numbers around $10 circulating elsewhere are unverified.
The paid route
PREMIUM is Linkvertise's own subscription, bought from Linkvertise by the visitor. Revenue is pooled across clicks and shared, so a publisher does not set a price per link.
Verification
An identity document can be required before a payout is released.
Enforcement
Up to eight recorded violations are tolerated before suspension, and copyright-infringing content is prohibited outright.
PREMIUM is a subscription to the platform, so the visitor who decides to spend money is not buying your thing at your price. They are removing the wall, which means the money that could have been a sale is a subscription somebody else sells.
Per-action revenue is not a price list
Performance-based income moves with the ad inventory behind it, the visitor's country and the actions they finish. A price you set stays where you put it.
The page belongs to the wall
The address, the wording and the steps are the network's. Whatever trust your own page built is spent on somebody else's layout and somebody else's ads.
Where UnlockHub is the better fit
You set the price. The paid route here is your price per project, not a platform subscription the visitor buys from somebody else.
A sale is a sale: 75% of it is yours after the card fee, and the 25% platform fee is taken at withdrawal rather than inside a pooled share.
A reward with a state: a Discord role with an expiry, a single-use key, or a webhook, instead of a redirect that ends the relationship.
Both routes on one page, priced and labelled by you: an offer for the visitor who will not pay, your price for the one who will.
What to check before you move traffic
What a thousand views is currently worth in the countries most of your traffic comes from.
The minimum payout, the FX fee and the processing window, since all three sit between you and the money.
Whether you want to sell at a price at all: if you do, a shortener cannot do it for you.
Whether the reward needs to be a role, a key or a download rather than a link.
When Linkvertise is the right tool
If your content is public and you only want per-action revenue on traffic you already have, Linkvertise does that with less setup than a portal.
If nobody in your audience would ever pay a price, an ad-funded wall may be the only thing that earns anything.
What UnlockHub does instead
One page per thing you sell, served from a portal domain you can point at your own domain. A sponsored offer and a card payment sit side by side, and what is handed over on completion is a Discord role with an expiry, a key, or a call to your own server. Nothing up front and nothing monthly: you keep 75% of every sale, the card processor's fee comes off first, and the 25% platform fee is taken when you withdraw. There is no payment account to connect.
It is not the right answer for every job on this page, which is why the section above exists. The full comparison covers how each tool differs, and the Discord guide covers what selling access to a server actually involves.
Questions about switching
What is the best Linkvertise alternative?
It depends on what you are gating. For revenue per action on public traffic, another ad-funded locker is the direct substitute. To sell access at a price you choose and keep 75% of each sale, you need a page where the visitor pays for your thing rather than for a subscription to the platform.
Does Linkvertise let me set my own price?
Not on the paid route. Its PREMIUM option is Linkvertise's own subscription, and the revenue is pooled and shared by click value. Publishing a price that is yours, per project, is a different model.
Can I run Linkvertise and a portal side by side?
Yes. Publishers often keep an ad-funded locker for traffic that will never pay and a portal for the part of the audience that will. They are separate links, so a visitor is only ever in one of them.
Can I move my existing links over?
There is nothing to import: a project is a new page with its own address. Old locker links keep working while new links point at the portal, and traffic moves as links get replaced.
Try it on one page
Create a portal, put it in front of the thing worth paying for, and run the whole flow in a test session before any member sees a link.
