1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using UnlockHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
UnlockHub is a gateway platform that verifies completion of sponsored offers and grants access keys to protected content. The service is provided 'as is' and we may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. UnlockHub is an intermediary, not the seller
UnlockHub operates the gateway: it verifies completions, takes card payments and delivers what a publisher has configured. It does not own, create, host or endorse the gated content, and it is not the seller of it. When a visitor unlocks something, the contract for that content is between the visitor and the publisher who set the project up: that publisher sets the price, writes the description, and is responsible for the content being lawful and for delivering what was promised. Card payments are collected by UnlockHub as an intermediary, and the publisher is credited their share after the card processor's fee, with the platform fee taken at withdrawal. UnlockHub is not a party to that contract, and does not act as the publisher's agent except for collecting and remitting payment. Questions or complaints about the content itself, including whether it matches its description, are between the visitor and the publisher; we will help where we can, and we will suspend a project that does not deliver what it sells.
4. Use of the service
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to bypass offer completion, interfering with the verification process, abusing the API, or engaging in fraudulent or automated activity designed to obtain access keys without completing offers.
5. Content you may not gate
UnlockHub is infrastructure: what a publisher chooses to put behind a gateway is their content, and their responsibility. Some content cannot be gated here at all, because the offer providers and payment processors we depend on refuse to serve it. You may not use UnlockHub to sell, distribute, link to or advertise: copyright-infringing material, including pirated software, films, music, books and accounts; adult or sexually explicit material of any kind; sexual content involving minors, or any non-consensual sexual content; malware, stolen credentials, drugs, weapons, or gambling where it is unlicensed; or anything that is illegal for the visitor or for you. Deceptive use is prohibited too: phishing, fake giveaways, and rewards that cannot be delivered. We may suspend a project or an account that does any of this, and withhold a payout where the balance was earned from it.
6. Offers and providers
Offers are provided by third-party providers. UnlockHub does not guarantee the availability of any particular offer. Access keys are only generated after a completion has been verified by the provider.
7. Access keys
Access keys are provided for personal use in connection with the project that issued them. You may not resell, redistribute, or bypass the terms of the issuing project.
8. Subscriptions and cancellation
Where a project offers a monthly subscription, it renews automatically until it is cancelled. You can cancel it from the cancellation page using the email address you paid with — no account is required — or by contacting us. Cancelling stops all future payments; access purchased for the current period continues until that period ends. Because access is delivered immediately and in full, payments already taken are not refunded, and cancelling does not end a period you have already paid for.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnlockHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
