Cancel a recurring payment

If you pay a monthly subscription for access to a Discord server or a website that uses UnlockHub, you can stop it here. There is no account to sign in to. The email address you paid with is what ties these subscriptions to you.

The address on the receipt you got after paying: the same one that is on the card statement for the charge.

How this works

  1. Enter the email address you paid with and we email that address the subscriptions we hold for it.
  2. Each one comes with its own Cancel Subscription button, and cancelling one leaves the others alone.
  3. Cancelling stops future payments. Your access stays until the end of the period you already paid for.

Nothing arrived, or you are not sure you have a subscription?

Try the address you normally pay with, and check its spam folder. If you do not know the address you paid with, send us the date and the amount through the contact page and we will find it. You can also ask the server or site you got access from, since they know which email you used. Alternatively you can contact us on our Discord Support server.
